It’s Time to Get Back on Bus!


Local, family owned bus operator JMB Travel are delighted to announce the return to ‘near normal’ weekday timetables on the companies Lanarkshire routes from Monday 3 August. Service 41 which links Lanark, Carluke, Wishaw, Motherwell and Hamilton and Service 56 which links Shotts, Allanton, Bonkle, Newmains, Wishaw, Motherwell and North Motherwell will both be increased to operate every 15 minutes, Monday to Friday. Services will operate every 30 minutes on Saturdays. The company has introduced increased cleaning and hygiene measures including hand sanitiser on board all vehicles, touch points being disinfected throughout the day and a deep clean of every vehicle each evening.
